St. Paul''s Mission School, an Anglo Indian Christian Missionary School, was started by the women members of St. Paul''s Cathedral, Kolkata. In 1884 the foundation stone of the school was laid at 5, Scott Lane, Kolkata 700009, by the Lady Carmichael. The school today is owned and controlled by the Diocese of Calcutta, Church of North India, headed by the Rt. Rev. Paritosh Canning, Bishop of Calcutta and Chairman of the Board of Governors. Mrs. Sanchita Biwas is the Principal and the Honorary Secretary, and Mr. Sudeb Bose is the Vice Principal. The school is a large, modern and well equipped co-educational institution catering to students from Nursery to Class XII.
