How we verify schools
A directory is only as useful as the data behind it. Every school listed on AdmissionSchool is checked against multiple public and primary sources before it goes live, and rechecked on a published cadence.
What we check
- Affiliation status with the relevant board (CBSE, CISCE, IB, Cambridge, state board) and current validity.
- Recognition status with the State Department of Education.
- Address, contact details and website verified against the school's own published material.
- Annual fee structure taken from the school's published fee book or website, with a dated source.
- Facilities and faculty count sourced from the school's mandatory disclosure.
- Photographs sourced from the school directly or from on-site visits where conducted.
How often we recheck
- Affiliation status: annually.
- Fee structure: each academic session.
- Contact details and admission status: quarterly.
- Faculty count and student strength: annually.
What the "verified" badge means
A verified badge means: the school is currently affiliated, contact details are confirmed, and the listed fee corresponds to the most recent academic year. It does not mean editorial endorsement or quality certification.
Reporting incorrect information
If you find information that's out of date or incorrect, write to corrections@admissionschool.com with the school name and the field in question. We aim to update within 5 working days.
