South Academy High School founded by Smt. Gayatri Bhattacharjee in 1988, stands at a prominent location just 7 minutes walking distance from Master Da Suryasen metrostation, Bansdroni, . The beautiful building and safe and secure atmosphere make it an ideal place to spend the better part of your childhood. The school teaches from the pre-primary level to the Secondary (10) and is affiliated under the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education . The medium of instruction is English though Bengali, Hindi and English are taught as first languages. Pre-primary, Primary, and Secondary section starts class at the same time in the morning five-days a week with the first two sections having an earlier finish than the rest.
