Welcome Sivananda Centenary Boys' School was established in the year 1984 at the foothills of the historic Khandagiri Hills situated in the Temple City of Bhubaneswar to commemorate the sacred memory of Swami Sivananda Saraswati Maharaj, Founder President of International Divine Life Society, Rishikesh, on the eve of His Birth Centenary. This school started with the choicest blessings of Swami Chidananda Saraswati Maharaj, the then President, International Divine Life Society, Head Quarters, Rishikesh, as a model and unique temple of learning. The aim is to impart Value based education in a modern Gurukul environment for preparing them as ideal citizens of Mother India having imbibed spiritual, moral and ethical values that generate sterling character, noble virtues and right thinking.
