In 2010, the new management, Goodwill International foundation Trust (GIFT) has taken over the School and started Junior College of Science & Commerce with Bifocal stream. The School now run classes from Nursery to std XII and it is affiliated to the Mumbai Divisional Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. GIF's Shree Jaya Anand Commerce & Science Senior College (night), has been affiliated from the University of Mumbai.
