Children’s Academy

About this school

Children's Academy, Lucknow, was founded by Mrs. June Basu Misra, grand niece of Late Honourable Chief Justice George Thomas. The Patrons of the School were Nawab Afsar Hussain, Raja of Kotwara Syed Sajid Hussain Ali, Dr. Richard Morse (UN), Mr. Chandrajeet Yadav (MP) and Mr. S.Venkataramani (IAS) .The aim of the school is to provide education to the children irrespective of religion or economic status and to produce good citizens.Another significant objective is to provide a balanced overall development of the student. In accordance with this objective activities in Children's Academy extend beyond the Classroom through extra-curricular activities as a means to enhance Social Interactions, Leadership, Healthy Recreation and Self-Confidence. The Curriculum is designed for students to develop physically, emotionally, culturally and socially by providing them with opportunities to broaden their horizons
