What Class 11 Admission means
Class 11 admission is the process of entering a school for the two-year senior-secondary programme (Classes 11–12) after the Class 10 board examinations. The defining choice is the academic stream — Science, Commerce or Humanities — and each school sets its own percentage cut-offs per stream.
What it means for your admission
Start with the stream, then the subject combinations the school actually offers within it — not every school runs every combination. Applications typically open right after Class 10 results, and popular schools close within days, so have the marksheet, transfer certificate and character certificate ready in advance.
