About this school
Chail Military School is the oldest military school in Asia. Similar schools were established at Ajmer in 1930, Belgaum in 1945, Bangalore in 1946, and Dholpur in 1962. After renaming, these 5 military schools are now collectively known as the "Rashtriya Military Schools" (RMS) and the cadets from these institutions call themselves Georgians, after King George V who founded the school.
