The Konkan Muslim Education Society of Thane District was established in 1927 and is rendering its services in the field of Education for more than 80 years. Currently, the K.M.E. Society is running 2 primary schools, 8 Secondary schools, one Residential school at Bordi, one Technical Training Institute, a Computer Center, 3 Junior colleges, a multi-faculty college for women affiliated to the university of Mumbai with B.A., B.Sc.,B.Com., B.Sc. I.T., B.M.S.,M.A.,M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes and a College of Education (B.Ed. course).The main objective of the K.M.E. Society is to make available the educational facilities to the people of entire Thane District. The efforts of the members of the K.M.E. Society are appreciated by one and all, thus ensuring continual improvement of all its institutions. We are all aware of the fact that learning is a continuous and a creative process. It aims to develop the capabilities of the students and thus helps towards the enrichment and progress of the society...
