It is owned and managed by the Maharashtra Holy Cross Sisters Society.The Society is a member of the Religious Congregation namely “The Sisters of Mercy of the Holy Cross” founded by Fr. Thedosius Florentini and Mother Maria Theresa Scherer in 1856 in Switzerland.Holy Cross Convent School & Jr. College, Kalyan is recognized by Maharashtra state board of education.
